Refund & Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your call, please let us know at least 2 hours prior to the call. Calls can be rescheduled a maximum of three times. After the third reschedule, the refund policy below will apply.

No-Shows
If you fail to show up to your scheduled call you will no longer be able to reschedule the call. A refund will not be given.

Refund
If you would like to cancel your call, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the call. In this case, a full refund will be given.

Refunds will not be given on calls that have taken place.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards can be purchased in your own currency however, the gift card will show in USD.
